Our Privacy Statement covers Commodity Pricing and Analysis Limited (“CPAL”) and its website(s). It also covers any email communications that we may send to you or your company. CPAL is based in the Dubai International Financial Centre.

CPAL is the “Data Controller” for the purposes of the Dubai International Financial Centre Data Protection Law (DIFC Data Protection Law). This means we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use your personal data. Where we use third- party service providers to process your data, they act on our instructions as “Data Processors” and are subject to contractual obligations to protect your data.

In line with the DIFC Data Protection Law, these rights are subject to certain conditions and exceptions. Where we process personal data for marketing and client relationship management purposes or with your consent, and you remain an active user of our websites or services, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests).
